tIRC License Agreement

To use this mIRC script, you must agree to the following terms:
1. You may distribute this package in its original form only.  You may modify it for your own personal use.

2. This project contains code not originally written by the tIRC author. Thus, you may not ask for permission to use any such code. Permission was obtained from the original author for the tIRC author only.

3. We are not responsible for the stability, reliability, and/or performance of the code here in. Use at your own risk.

4. The author reserves the right to discontinue development of the code at any time as well as change this license agreement. It is your responsibility to keep up with the development of the program.

5. You must understand that support for the software is minimal. I am working on this as a side project (I.E.) when I want to work on it and when I feel like it, I will. Don't expect new releases every day, week, or even every month.
