IT has been a while!  There has been a lot of changes in this release.  Most notably, we have fixed the bug that broke tIRC after upgrading to one of the newer mIRC versions.  Next, all of the Freedom Chat references have been removed.  We have also begun to implement a more minimalist approach to our script--that is, we only wish for the script to provide speech functionality and very little bloat.  This has resulted in the removal of many of tIRC's features - which haven't worked in years anyways.  See the change log entry below for specifics.

Please Note: if you find any contact emails anywhere in the script, they are no longer valid.  You can find us on IRC, however, at irc.talkingirc.net or by just typing /tcc in tIRC.

Added /tcc alias to autoamtically connect to tIRC.
Removed freedomchat references in tIRC user messages, too lazy to remove all of it in code.
Speech script no longer announces the current active window when reading typed messages
Removed bloatware such as alarm clock, easy ban management and stopwatch
Removed tools directory; these items are most likely incompatible with current versions of the screen readers.
In general aliases, removed lock, unlock, setagent and f12 for checking time/date.
F2 now says current focused window.
Removed annoying autotext stuff.
Removed a lot of bloat from menus; half of this crap no longer works.
Removed version.dll code along with dll; causing issues with newer versions of mIRC.
Removed stray ignores.ini under config directory.
Removed settings.ini - probably left over from away system?
Removed symbols.ini.
Commented out gicheck code until someone fixes it.
